Skinned Hound

Skinned Hounds are similar to wolves and attack in the same way. Skinned Hounds have a weakness to fire. You can obtain one who will follow you around and aid you in combat from Ushnar gro-Shadborgob's quest Ushnar's Terror.

The hound from Ushnar is quite good at killing many of the denizens in both the overworld and in the dungeons. It is a bit loud at times, but heals quickly if you rest for an hour.
