Skooma
From the OblivioWiki – your guide to everything Oblivion
Skooma is a refined version of Moon Sugar (an ingredient found in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind but not in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion). It is an in-game drug. The drug is very addictive and corrupts the users mind, decreasing their ability in speech, and even lowers sanity. Skooma is sometimes used to excess by Khajiit. Moon Sugar is deeply rooted in their cultural heritage. In caves and mines it can be found in a chest that looks normal, but is called "Wooden Chest" instead.
