The Soul Tomato is exactly what it sounds like it would be, a tomato that acts as a soul gem. The tomato is found randomly with pure luck anywhere in the Shivering Isles where you would randomly find a soul gem. The soul tomato is a part of the The Museum of Oddities quest. A good way to get it would be to simply raise your luck as high as you can then enter the portal to at the bay and start searching in caverns.
