Summitmist Manor, in Skingrad, is the site of the humorous Dark Brotherhood quest "Whodunit?".When the quest is complete, you keep the key- which allows you to sleep there- but sadly (in the PS3 editon at least) the storage is unstable. The chests and cupboards reset at regular intervals, and so dispose of your hard-earned goodies.
