You know, i just spellcrafted 9 Weakness to Magic 100/20 spells and with a Fortify Speed/Athletics 100/100 and Drain Fatigue 3/1 spell. Basically i got 2,459,328,742% weakness to magic. With the above, I locked up my computer due to having a speed level of around one billion... Toned down though, its an excellent exploring option. Also works well with Fortify Magicka... 2 billion magicka ftw.
