The artifacts in the book "Tamrielic Lore" are around the vicinity of Cyrodiil. Upon these are Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw and Mehrunes' Razor. The Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw has been traced to the possession of Modryn Oreyn. Mehrunes' Razor is said to be in the possession of Mehrunes Dagon, who hasn't been seen since the Mannimarco, the King of Worms incident. Some of the other artifacts listed in the book have been located, then lost again. Truth be told, nobody has seen any of these artifacts in ages. The last known person to know the location of any of the artifacts is Tiber Septim, and those secrets died with him.
Any known locations of the artifacts should be written and logged on this parchment; all would like to know the location of their ancestor's works.

- One of the weapons mentioned, Goldbrand, is found at the deadric shrine of Boethia (Must be at least level 20).
- Another, Helm of the Bear-Claw is found by completing the Fighters Guild and is given to you by Modreyn Oreyn.
The Umbra sword is found at Vindasel just south-west of the imperial city next to a crossroad near the water. to get the sword you'l have to kill a lvl 20 orc pretty tough and fast she is. But then again it's one of the strongest swords in the game.
The masque of clavicus vile is given to you by the daedra if you give him the Umbra sword. You can choose to keep Umbra sword instead and still finish the quest.
The mace of molag bal is given to you by the daedra for completing his quest. i think you have to force an innocent man to kill you for it though... its weird.
Spellbreaker is given to you by the daedra, peryite, for freeing the souls of his followers from his plane of oblivion
