The Foaming Flask is an inn in the Talos Plaza District in the Imperial City that sells the average drinks and foodstuffs, but does not rent rooms. They have a mediocre wine cellar in the basement with the notable exception of a bottle of Surilie Brothers Vintage 399 and a bottle of Tamika Vintage 399.
