Big Head, a resident of Bliss, is an Argonian who seems to have lost his singing fork.
[edit] Walkthrough
You will find Big Head in the southwestern corner of Bliss, or in his house, which is located directly southeast of the north door to The Missing Pauldron.
After talking to Big Head, he will give you a charm that will allow you to speak with Bolwing (Without it he would just speak gibberish). You can find Bolwing wandering around Crucible. He tells you that the Fork of Horripilation is being fought over by groups of Heretics and Zealots. Follow your map marker to Longtooth Camp. There will be three Heretics there. Kill them and walk up the stairs. The Fork of Horripilation is in the jewelry box on the red rug. Travel back to Bliss and speak to Big Head. He will thank you for bringing him his fork and as a reward, he tells you he knows secrets about Sneaking, Blades, and Alchemy. You can only choose one of these skills to increase. (Note that if Big Head is somehow killed afterwards, then you can just take the fork from his corpse. It will be considered as a weapon.)

Upon receiving the quest:
- Big Head has asked me to find the Fork of Horripilation. It's obviously important to him, and he has offered me a reward for its return. Big Head has given me a charm that should allow me to speak with the beggar Bolwing.
After talking to Bolwing:
- I've spoken to the beggar Bolwing. He tells me that the Fork of Horripilation is being fought over by groups of Heretics and Zealots, I'll have to get it from them.
After taking the fork:
- I have found the Fork of Horripilation. I should return it to Big Head.
After receiving reward:
- I have returned the Fork of Horripilation to Big Head. He has told me a secret as a reward.
