Prerequisites:
Quest Giver: Either a Manic or Demented double of a person in the town of Split.
Reward: Gold (level dependent)

[edit] Background

Upon finding the town of Split, you meet several people who have twins. It turns out that a mage had a theory that everyone has a Demented side, and a Manic side. In order to bring out the best of each, the mage cast a spell that doubled everyone in town, thus "splitting" them into two. The Demented doubles are exactly the opposite from the Manic doubles. The Manic doubles want you to kill all the Demented doubles and vice versa.

[edit] Walkthrough

Choose your side and talk to one of the people from that side. They will give you the quest to kill all the doubles of the opposite side. It's fairly straightforward from here. Every double you are to kill is marked by a map marker. However, due to everyone walking around during the day, make sure you have the right person in front of you before killing them. You are to kill a total of 5 people. Also, make sure no-one sees you, because even though they want them dead, they still yell murder when you kill one of their hated doubles in front of their face.

After talking to one of the manics (Horkvir Bear-Arm in this case):

The Manic Horkvir Bear-Arm has suggested I kill all the Demented in town. He´ll reward me if I do.

After agreeing to kill all of the Demented:

I´ve agreed to kill all of the Demented in Split.

After killing the Demented Horkvir Bear-Arm:

Horkvir Bear-Arm living on the Dementia side of Split is dead.

After killing the Demented J´zidzo:

J´zidzo living on the Dementia side of Split is dead.

After killing the Demented Urul gro-Agamph:

Urul gro-Agamph living on the Dementia side of Split is dead.

After killing the Demented Atrabhi:

Atrabhi living on the Dementia side of Split is dead.

After killing the last Demented:

All of the Demented residents of Split are dead. I should return to Horkvir Bear-Arm for my reward.

After talking with Horkvir again:

Since all the Demented duplicates living in Split are dead, Horkvir Bear-Arm gave me my reward.
