Topal Bay

The Topal Bay is in the southern part of Cyrodiil, and thus of the whole of Tamriel. It constitutes the northernmost part of the Topal Sea, which is surrounded partway by Cyrodiil, Elsweyr, and Argonia. It is directly south of the city of Leyawiin, and has a number of islands by its coast.
