Ulrich Leland

Ulrich Leland is the Captain of the Guard in the city Cheydinhal. He is also an important character related to the Corruption and Conscience quest. His weapon of choice is a Silver battle axe, and if you attempt to speak to him he will threaten to arrest you. If you complete the quest The Wayward Knight and ask Count Andel Indarys to send aid to Bruma, Ulrich will be sent to Bruma and help fight at the Great Gate (If you have already finished the quest Corruption and Conscience, he will not be send, because he will have been removed from his post/killed. In his stead they'll send a non-unique soldier)
