Vampire Dust

Vampire Dust is an alchemical ingredient. If you have completed the Order of the Virtuous Blood quest, you can "sell" vampire dust for 250 
to Roland Jenseric. He can be found in Seridur's basement in the Imperial City Temple District. Not all types of Vampire Dust are able to be sold, such as ones bought from stores.

[edit] Tips
You can get massive amounts of Vampire Dust using the Staff of Worms. Find a vampire (or a mob of them) and kill one. Take the dust from the corpse. Now resurrect it using the Staff. Kill it again. The corpse will yield another pile of dust. You can do this infinitely as long as your staff is charged.
