Vicente Valtieri

Vicente Valtieri is a vampiric member of the Dark Brotherhood and gives new members their first few contracts. His room is at the back, lowest part of the Cheydinhal Abandoned House. He can change you into a vampire upon ranking up to Eliminator, if you'd like. Vicente also has a severe and weakening allergy to garlic as a result of his vampirism, the only vampire known to have this.
He is a target in the mission The Purification.
