Vilena Donton is the Fighter's Guild Guildmaster, located at the Chorrol Fighters Guild. You can talk to her to join the Fighters Guild. She had two sons, Viranus Donton and his deceased older brother. She retires after you've completing the Fighter's Guild questline, letting you take the command instead.
