Volanaro

Volanaro is a High Elf spell merchant located in the Bruma Mages Guild. He also recharges enchanted weapons. He asks the player to play a prank on Jeanne Frasoric. He gives information on the whereabouts of J'skar for the Bruma Recommendation quest.

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

During the Mages' Guild quest A Plot Revealed he will die, so if you want any of his spells buy them before starting this quest. A notable spell is the Summon Dremora Lord spell which cannot be found anywhere else.
